TNT Kid’s Fitness & Gymnastics is a mission-driven organization dedicated to unlocking potential through movement. We provide inclusive, high-quality programming in gymnastics and fitness for individuals of all abilities. We are seeking a knowledgeable and collaborative Women’s Development Program Coach (Levels 6–10) to support athlete development, staff mentorship, and program excellence within our competitive gymnastics team.
Supports the growth and excellence of TNT’s competitive gymnastics program by mentoring staff, enhancing technical coaching practices, and contributing to athlete development. This role works closely with the Department Manager and Program Leads to ensure alignment with TNT’s vision and curriculum.
Program Oversight: Athlete & Meet Preparation
• Support athletes and coaches in meet etiquette, including athlete conduct, coach-parent communication, and interaction with officials.
• Assist in preparing athletes for competition, including pre-event routines and post-rotation engagement.
• Travel and coach with DP Level 6–10 teams to provide technical support and continuity.
Teaching & Training: Internal Staff Development & Mentorship
• Plan and lead mini training sessions to enhance coaching techniques, skill development drills, and spotting strategies.
• Provide on-the-floor mentorship to coaches during practices, modeling effective teaching, athlete engagement, and technical execution.
• Collaborate with Program Leads and Curriculum Managers to reflect on and refine lesson plans for both compulsory and optional levels.
• Support coaches in addressing athlete mental and physical challenges with professionalism and empathy.
Community & Professional Engagement
• Continue to build rapport within Region IV and represent TNT positively in the broader gymnastics’ community.
• Collaborate with Curriculum Managers to raise awareness of TNT’s programs and values.
• Participate in TNT-hosted events and initiatives (e.g., Winter Challenge, ABLE™ Games, Giving Hearts Day).
Space & Equipment Management
• Program spaces are stimulating and orderly.
• Recommend the purchase of program supplies, equipment, and other materials to the Department Manager.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area, free of hazards.
Other
• Understand and reinforces all TNT policies and emergency procedures.
• Will require afternoon/evening and occasional weekend shifts in addition to normal work schedule and gymnastic meets.
• Other duties upon request by Manager.

• Can lift to 40 lbs.
• Able to position self in multiple ways to ensure safety through performance of specific skills.

3+ years of coaching experience in this curriculum or similar curriculum.
Experience developing activities and/or lesson plans.
Excellent customer service skills.
Positive, effective, calm, and professional communication—verbally and written—with co-workers, children, and parents—tailoring the communication style to the appropriate audience.
The ability to collaborate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds, abilities, opinions, and perceptions.
The ability to manage multiple projects at one time, time management skills, and can positively facilitate change.

The ability to maintain confidential information.
Confidence to handle difficult situations.
Proficient use of computers with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and iClassPro.
Make independent decisions and is self-motivated.
Experience in a leadership or training position would be nice to have but not required.
